A 36-year old male engineer sited on a wooden bench, that was not quite match with the height of the table, and to push himself hardly to catch up with the project schedule with his confident body health. Muscle soreness, nervous pain, acute pain, chronic pain happens on all ages. Although the MDD can help, it needs to be used with patient and it is hard to gain trust of use in the beginning. So don・t push your body health to the limit even the schedule is extremely tight, take a short break often.
